CONVICTION UNDER THE BEER ACT
Mary BOOTH, a Retail Brewer, who keeps the sign 
of the NAG'S HEAD in this town, was yesterday
convicted in the penalty of 40 shillings and costs,
for suffering tippling in her house at untimely hours.
