NORTH HOUSE & COMMERCIAL HOTEL
FSHERGATE, PRESTON
EDWARD BRIGGS begs to inform his friends and the
public generally, that he has taken and entered upon the
above commodious and conveniently situated hotel, where
he respectfully solicits their patronage. He will always
endeavour, by having on hand the best of fare for his 
guests, to merit their favours.

The house is within two minutes walk of the railway
station, and within the same distance of the Town Hall;
so that it is well situated for commercial gentlemen 
and others. 

WINES and SPIRITS of the best quality, Home-brewed
ALE, as well as bitter and pale ales from the most noted
houses; porter &c. A good commercial room.
